  1. I was a Tater Tot kid (mom cooked to keep 4 children alive, and the menu was limited as we all had different schedules.) Working at a vegetable farmstand during high school summers and autumn weekends changed my whole relationship with food. It somewhat demystified the grocery store, and I learned that it was pretty easy to sautee and roast. Still learning–thanks, Faye, and I hope that Samantha will pick up your great tips!!
