Out to dinner with Jeannie and Ferdinand at a place called Shi. Very contemporary wall, high ceilinged, glass chandelier, views of the East River, airporty type feel to it. But the food is good. Cold sesame noodles, sauteed chinese broccoli, shrimp dumplings, chicken pot stickers, edamame, and a crunchy spicy tuna roll. Nice chopsticks, helpful waiter and I was too old for the high stools with low backs.
I hate saying goodbye to my friends. Makes me feel like I have nowhere to sit.
