I am in Maine looking for hermit crabs and mussels and we are having a lobster bake tonight. I made pasta carbonara with fresh asparagus and shallot last night with an apple and blueberry crisp for dessert. I’ll tell you how to make it as soon as I get back in two days. Tonight is a lobster bake, and they are about to start digging the hole for it at the beach. I’m cheering them on.
