last night on the job:

app’s: tiny meatballs, tiny hunks of garlic bread, raw carrots and celery w/blue cheese dip

1st course: chestnut soup

main course: seared chix w/sauteed mushrooms, mashed potato, creamed spinach

salad course: salad of roasted kabucha squash, lardons (sauteed slab bacon cubed from Greenpoint) and arugula

dessert course: apple pie w/vanilla ice cream

the night before that on the job:

huge pan of chili w/side of buttered rice, salad of wild greens, slivered fennel, and fresh herbs and for dessert a caramelized rice pudding w/vanilla bean
